Chandler Barron

Founder, Barron Advisory · Head of Enterprise Strategy & Execution, Global Public Healthcare

Nashville, TN — Working Nationally

Chandler's career has centered on building, scaling, and commercializing organizations — ranging from founder-led businesses and technology platforms to national healthcare enterprises, global public healthcare organizations, media properties, and event-driven ventures. He has launched products and services from scratch, scaled a specialty pharmacy division from $11M to $300M in revenue, and served as President of a national technology platform — owning P&L, pricing strategy, commercial execution, and the company's relationships with ownership and investors, including representing the business through a full strategic acquisition process.

Nearly every growth challenge eventually becomes a negotiation challenge.

The common thread has been helping organizations grow in environments where the buying is complex, the stakeholders are numerous, and the decisions carry meaningful consequences. Not simply negotiating contracts or pricing, but negotiating priorities and resources, strategic partnerships, executive alignment, stakeholder incentives, enterprise agreements, organizational change, investor expectations, and growth itself. Whether the audience is a physician, a hospital executive, a board member, an investor, a founder, or a strategic partner, the challenge is often the same: understand the stakeholder's world first, earn credibility, create alignment, and solve the right problem.

That perspective has shaped Chandler's approach to leadership and, over time, led to a broader body of thinking around negotiation — not as an event or a closing tactic, but as an organizational capability that drives growth, alignment, and enterprise value. He continues to write on growth strategy, commercialization, partnerships, and enterprise value creation, and has been published in Forbes Technology Council and MedCity News, and quoted in Newsweek.

Why Barron Advisory

A platform built for the next decade, not just this one.

Barron Advisory isn't built around a single engagement model or a single chapter of Chandler's career. It's the long-term home for his thinking, frameworks, speaking, and selective advisory work — independent of whatever operating role he holds at a given time.

Whether that means writing, speaking, board service, or occasional advisory work, Barron Advisory is designed to support it without requiring reinvention each time Chandler's professional chapter changes.
